Instructions for Using the Ari Meeting Assistant

how to use

  1. Schedule a virtual meeting using your preferred virtual meeting platform (MS Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet).
  2. Invite the Ari Meeting Assistant to the meeting like any other participant using the email address provided by your Account Manager.

Meeting Scheduling

  1. Start the scheduled meeting.
  2. Admit Ari from the meeting lobby.
  3. Conduct your meeting as planned.
  4. Conclude your meeting.

Meeting Execution

Post-Meeting

  • Receive the Digest in your email inbox at the start of the next business day.
  • Extract action items for use in your project management system.
  • Store Digest for future reference and record keeping.
